The expected way of managing taxpayer funds in Illinois is to mismanage taxpayer funds in Illinois. We taxpayers have been abused so much over the years that almost no high level of greed/mismanagement/incompetence surprises us anymore. We need to elect officials who will manage our money properly. They’re very hard to find.
