Democrats kick off convention with typical, mind-blowing hypocrisy – Washington Examiner

"It’s good to be a Democrat politician. They get all the security. Just ask Donald Trump. But really, for a city that’s known for high crime, all-the-time crime, round-the-clock crime, gang crime, thug crime, violent crime and regular weekend crimes of murder — it’s a tad despicable to see that when security is perceived as necessary — when the high brow are in town — then security, by gosh, is not just top notch. It’s full blown. It’s armed, and then some."

Day 1 of the DNC is a demonstration of hostility, lies and hypocrisy. The event is a failure because it is anti America and anti humane. Democrats offer one major attraction to their members-killing/aborting, mutilating, sterilizing, getting rid of their children as easy\ily, conveniently and inexpensively as possible. For them killing their child is nothing bigger than buying a hotdog in a mobile fast food outlet. This is good, they leave more space and air on planet Earth for our kids as we do not torture them. We educate our kids and we want them to be happy and successful.

I could only endure a few minutes of Biden speaking. This angry bitter old man standing there yelling at you…well, you can only take that crap for so long…then turn the channel to Big Bang or the Food Channel and forget it. Blamed Trump for every single ill of the world and that absolute Phony of a vice president comes out and waves to her addlebrained adoring subjects like a prom queen on a float. Celebrities and A-listers. Obama and his wife will be on tonight, setting up his 4th Term arrangement with these two goofballs they have to replace… Read more »

Dog and Pony show. Why bother? Doesn’t security get beefed up for Republican conventions, and haven’t they been held in cities with a lot of crime? If you want to accuse others of hypocrisy, don’t be a hypocrite.

Brian, it’s not hypocrisy, it’s hierarchy. The erect a border fence for themselves around the United Center but they refuse to build a fence at the southern border. They spent 4 years screaming ‘defund the police!’ in various forms and decibels but now they use the police to their own benefit to protect them from the roving mobs of joo haters. The see themselves as better than you.

The good news is that you will never suffer from brain freeze.

The bad news is that…well you know…the thing…that you are missing.

Do we have to connect the dots for you every time you post? It’s not just the convention. It’s all the other things, like Butler PA, perimeter fence around the White House, the open border etc.

As someone I know said to me yesterday, the Democrat party checks ID to get into the convention but doesn’t check ID’s to cross the southern border.

Then don’t, a la mayor Playa, campaign on a “ defund the police “ platform and then have a 150+ police bodyguard unit.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
