A quick look at the voting results map shows us that the only blue counties in IL are chock full of welfare recipients and guilty white lib types. The rest of us clearly feel differently.

It’s like this in every state. Literally every state. The US Supreme Court said a few years ago that gerrymandering was legal because it was an inherently political decision, so legislatures drew maps to benefit the one-party state.
