It’s always a cash grab with Democrats. It’s the only thing they know. Brando is possibly the worst example of a big city mayor in modern history. Thank God for Congressional Republicans, and may they remain strong. Stumbling, mumbling and bumbling Biden is under duress, which will bring his rapidly deteriorating physical and cognitive capabilities to new levels of embarrassment. At that point all bets are off.
