Couple people on facebook made note of this no fly zone for drones and said “this isn’t good”. Many of the comments back were “stay safe”. It is to protect the safety of the Law Enforcement officers working. I don’t what these people think is happening here, these comments were made by people I know to be american citizens, born and raised in the midwest…yet, they are concerned and hoping everyone is “staying safe”. The ACLU appears to be lying again. Linking the use of drones to “military tactics” is a backhanded attempt at misinformation. I recall an article in the last couple weeks where even the Chicago Police Department has begun using drones to track perpetrators . Last time I checked, CPD is not the military.
