Tommy McEnery of Mount Greenwood was surprised when he received a notice in the mail about a speeding violation. But what really piqued his interest was the date on the $100 ticket: 2014. The notice said he had to pay it by June 30 or it would increase in cost to $244.

Hmm…..if this happened in LA the violater would have mail the fine to Mexico city!
