Again, a district run by minorities, for minorities, with nearly all minority students, in a minority-majority city, is somehow, someway “institutionally racist” and systematically purges african-american teachers.
Uh huh. No wonder they want to settle the suit, they know they will lose at trial. I’d be begging to settle too if I were a Plaintiff in this frivolous case.
