One assumes the NGO unregulated spending scam was put on steroids with ARPA-COVID funds which are now spent? Will dopey taxpayers be expected to make up for in future budgets? No different than the supposed transportation “fiscal cliff” scam (CTA added 1,600 permanent employees during COVID, etc), education, etc, etc
