Belcher and other board members were troubled about police staffing. Meanwhile, Mayor Tiffany Henyard’s considerable police security detail is said to include four to five police squad vehicles or large, unmarked SUVs like Secret Service transport vehicles.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
