DuPage County clerk countersues county officials in ongoing bill saga – Daily Herald*

A lawsuit filed in September by DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin seeks a judge’s order to compel DuPage County Clerk Jean Kaczmarek to comply with county regulations regarding the payment of bills. In her countersuit, attorneys for Kaczmarek note that the Illinois attorney general’s office has issued “multiple opinions” regarding the clerk’s authority to manage internal operations of her office.

She claims that she has the authority to approve no bid contracts. One of them was a $190,000 contract for printing. It would be nice if Kwame would look into some of these contracts. Unfortunately in Illinois we elect the Attorney General to look the other way when there is potential corruption.

For those living in her shadow, we can only hope the contract didn’t go to the same company printing the election ballots in Cook County.

So, you don’t want to follow the mandate re paying bills and run tell Kwame so that he can give you some “ options “. With some folks actually paying bills is the last option. As the one black comedian once stated “ Black folks don’t declare bankruptcy, they move!”. So it would seem with government officials.

She has been a problem since day one. Incompetent to handle any elected position. Had no work experience what so ever. No management skills. She paraded around Dupage County for years saying the elections were rigged and was planning on suing the County, but once she got elected she dropped her lawsuit and now wants us to believe, since the Democrats took over, that our elections are all legitimate and on the up and up.
