More money for state patronage workers who do not go to work for a year now. The attorney general, board of ethics, Illinois workers compensation commission, office of the inspector general have not been at work for a year and do not return phone calls.
And Lori will have more money to give to the permanent victim class for fake no show programs like violence interrupters, safe passage and contact tracing that never happened. These programs are all intended to buy ghetto votes and the fake FBI and no integrity Joe Ferguson do not investigate anything.

Wrong, it’s a good day for residents of Republican states as they are already talking about paying the citizens the bailout money. Illinois squandered it 20 years ago.
So a fiscally healthy state like Minnesota (run by Democrats) just bailed out other blue states. Minnesota taxpayers bailed out Chicago.
This bill is inviting a lot of moral hazard. Once much of the nation realizes there is no incentive to fiscal restraint, ALL states will just permanently run deficits and run them good and hard. The Fed will continue to keep rates low, simply because the federal and state governments would collapse under the weight of higher interest rates. This would also threaten the world economy.
