A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

I’ll bet that they have to sit alone at lunch. Even other Dems don’t want to be associated with Dumb and Dumber. Seriously, when was the last time you heard of another Senator on either side of the aisle co- sponsor a bill with them?
