A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Totally true, she will continue to give free taxpayer stuff to the permanent victim class on the south and west sides in exchange for votes. I’m sick of seeing the daily free coats and toys to the ghetto types who go from one freebie giveaway to the next. They have money for hair weaves, nails, designer clothes and nice cars, and I’m sure dope and booze, but nothing for their kids.
“Nothing for their kids” is easily demonstrated by the schools now having to provide meals for the students despite the parents getting food stamps, wic etc to feed them. It never ends for the free stuff army.
