This is a feature, not a bug, and transforms a slightly D majority voter base into a supermajority legislature.
And unfortunately, he is handing off his political malfeasance to a progressive caucus ready to inflict serious pain on the residents of the state for fun, joy, and ‘equity’.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
