Abortion capital of the midwest! Did you know that IL refuses to release the racial breakdown of women who murder their unborn babies in the womb? Because the results would shock you. There’s a genocide in America today and its within one certain community that has the majority of the abortions….

Not only that but food deserts so people do not get the proper nutrition/lack of good medical care so people use the ER as their primary physician and living in a war zone all contribute to genocide and most of that is self inflicted genocide.
