River North will be the new cyberpunk Vice City, with gangs, gambling, degeneracy, cannabis stores, dance clubs, and underground there will be prostitution, hard drugs, human trafficking, etc. Mostly run by the cartels and the Eastern European gangs who will battle each other for supremacy. It’s going to get bloody in the next several years. These gangbanger shootouts are a distraction.
