A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Pathetic, this state is pathetic. Everyone wanted the band to play but the Gov. and his staff decided they know better than everyone else.
I truly hate this state government, and, I’m beginning to hate the state too.
