A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
since I am six years removed from Illinois, it sure comical to see what IL government and its citizens have become. The whole thing reminds me of an open range chicken farm with the politically corrupt being the farmer and the citizens the chickens. The fraudulently elected pols throw scraps over there and the citizens all run over and look and peck.
