Federal bill aims to reduce illegal gun trafficking, U.S. Rep. Michael Quigley says – WBBM (Chicago)

Illinois’ 5th District congressman recently reintroduced what’s called the TRACE Act, which would require background check information to be retained longer by gun dealers. The 1968 Gun Control Act required serial numbers for newly manufactured domestic and imported firearms. Numbskull thinks more firearm marks will reduce crime. We are in new era where the Democratic Chicago power structure refuses to prosecute gun crimes. This ignorant fool also fails to understand the tremendous advances in home built firearms.
