Lori will never comply. She will continue to do whatever she wants when she’s wants to. She hates white people and has made that perfectly clears.

I’ve heard this entire kerfuffle is one incident last year. Lori was out on the streets around city hall observing Covid compliance. She was wearing her Department of Water Management disguise replete with the fedora. She was standing on Lasalle just off the curb haranguing people and jabbing her finger very aggressively. Passerby called the police and reported the individual as an aggressive panhandler or pimp. She was now in the middle of LaSalle, ranting nonsense.
