Federal judge halts Illinois law targeting ‘deceptive practices’ at pro-life pregnancy centers – KHQA

At an August 3, 2023, hearing in United States District Court, a federal judge granted a motion requested by Thomas More Society attorneys for a preliminary injunction seeking to immediately halt Illinois’ new law that would prevent pregnancy centers from participating in "deceptive practices."

As I repeatedly say, over and over again, the constitution is merely a piece of paper in the way to stop the authoritarian left. They know the law is illegal, unconstitutional, yet, they still pass it anyways, and hope to punish you along the way, deplorable.

I have been at several abortuaries passing out pregnancy information to girls who were not aware of the precious lives they were carrying. I am happy that the fat pig, his tribe and his illiterate tar baby are being slapped back by moral and honest judges.

Kawaumie fighting this in the federal courts for an eventual loss all for Virtue signaling and to prop up Pritzker’s presidential campaign is just another massive waste of taxpayer dollars.
