Several weeks ago the 9th Circuit just upheld the 10 round limit though. The 9th Circuit at the appellate level has the craziest judges in the entire US. The 9th circuit also said that it’s not illegal to camp out on public property unless the city has enough available shelter beds for homeless people to sleep. Because if there was nowhere to sleep, they were criminalizing homelessness.
