Where is the court case about FOID being unconstitutional? It’s been lingering for a couple of years. Stupid requirement. Buying a firearm requires a federal background check, extensive since the federal database is more encompassing. Buying ammunition? Go to Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Kentucky and buy all you want, no problem. FOID = WASTE OF TIME
