Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. But but my boy he is a good boy he wants to become a doctor that’s true
Maybe not a good idea to take kids downtown on field trips with Mr Bugg and guys like him on the loose in the name of Social Justice. Unless mental health treatment can be mandated and the mandate somehow enforced, he will probably be accosting women and girls in elevators and on the streets again very soon.
