Former top aide to Michael Madigan testifies under immunity in ComEd bribery trial as tape is played from secretly recorded meeting – WBEZ (Chicago)

During the first 50 minutes of Madigan staffer Will Cousineau’s testimony, jurors heard snippets from a secretly recorded Dec. 9, 2018 conversation. Michael Madigan told the group that “in the case of the majority leader, I view that as my appointment. I have no compunction about saying that to anyone who wants to listen to me...“I understand we have a lot of people walking around trying to find things to complain about, and every once in a while, the speaker gets to do what he wants to do. Every once in a while.”

It’s important to keep in mind that the system is still this corrupt, but instead of old Irish guys calling the shots, it’s now LBGSDF!+/BIPOC/Women+ engaging in this same corrupt behavior, under the protection of Big Daddy Pritzker.

Not only is the system still corrupt, it is out in the open and proud of it. Madigan operated in the shadows and behind closed doors, rarely speaking and insisting on loyalty amongst thieves. With a complicit mainstream media, the current band of corrupt progressive socialists brags about dismantling the constitution. You never see the media challenge the man at his daily public announcements, where he doles out hundreds of millions and nothing seems to come of it. Meanwhile businesses pack up and move out of state.
