“You don’t snap your fingers and these things happen. ... We need to do more,” Pritzker said of his efforts to court businesses in the U.K. and elsewhere. “Illinois needs to do more on the international scene. So this is another step in that direction.” Pritzker said he foresees more overseas trips, including possibly to Mexico and South America. He said he’s been invited to visit Israel and that Asia would be another important destination.

Pritzker is out hobnobbing with an assortment of “yes people” that will soon become endorsers of his Presidential run as he plays Santa Claus with assorted gifts of TIFs, Edge Credits and all sorts of Illinois taxpayer funded giveaways as he tries to attract businesses to Illinois.
