Government doubling down on problem that shouldn’t exist. Hmm, why doesn’t an enterprising GOC ( grocer of color) open up a store in Garfield and clean up?

More free stuff for the hood. Non of this money will likely be spent outside of Crook County. You’ll also never see a report detailing where the money was spent. You have to give it to Governor Blowhard, when it comes to having food available, he isn’t taking any chances.
