“Governing” in a democrcy is purposely very difficuilt in the sense of such leaders trying to reach consensus on dealing with complicated issues and a wide variety of opinions and underlying reasons for having prejudiced viewpoints. Those who like quick solutions might prefer living in an autocracy.
