Apparently the police and prosecutors are also too stupid to see the wonderful benefits of the SAFE-T act. Illinois is fortunate to have a governor who is so much smarter than everyone else

JBPutin attended a law school named after his family. And he SIGNED the law with his own pen. That’s his signature on the bill! So OF COURSE he is smarter than every other practitioner in the state.
