Ya know what that topic would make a very good class action lawsuit, mortgage’s have to be paid or if forbearance is allowed it’s tacked on to the back end of the terms of the mortgage, so why do the lazy scum bags that have the ability to pay there rent but don’t but my mortgage has to be paid on time, where’s are relief.

I read other articles that feds have sent states an astounding $47 billion for rental assistance total but only a tiny $4.7 billion has been distributed nationally. Mostly because the states can’t process the claims. How many $billions/ millions did Illinois get? What are our afscme hero’s doing to process claims (still working remotely)? Im sure jb has to extend moratorium because he still has a ton of unused fed arpa $bucks$. Or, can the rental assistance bucks be appropriated for other uses?

Worth repeating. These are the things you do when you don’t fear backlash at the ballot box.

He just witnessed a presidential election being stolen for his team. He’s not worried.

If so try something new next election!

What a bastard. JB thinks he can balance things on the backs of all the rental property owners. Screw him. Throw him out at the next election. I certainly won’t be voting for him.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
