A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Free rent, jeez how come I still have to pay my mortgage to a mega bank and utilities to a local monopoly? I guess landlords were the easiest target to shaft, the politicians wouldn’t want to be hurting BOA or ComEd billing cash flow. No free Internet either after they tell everyone to work from home.

These tenants are communists. They believe housing is a human right and the landlord is stealing from the tenant by charging rent, as being a rentier is function of capitalism.
