A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Plain and simple this is theft of public parkland. What part of forever open, clear and free is confusing? There is plenty of vacant land around, adjacent and outside Jackson Park that Obama and his bevy of worshipers can purchase for this building……thereby INCREASING open park space for the future generations of Chicagoans.
Those are just meaningless words just written on some paper, and mean nothing to the will of the communist. Do you mere words stopped Stalin or Lenin or Mao from building their monuments to themselves?
