None of the more than $8 billion the state of Illinois got from federal taxpayers is going to the state’s unemployment debt some have projected to be nearly that much.

The only self defense mechanism available to taxpayers may be to obtain discovery of IDES malfeasance via discovery, discovery which may only obtained via qui tam lawsuit against fraudulently obtained benefits.
