Too many people think that it’s merely Brandon’s time to play Sim City, where Brandon as mayor gets the chance to be civic minded, to engineer and grow a big city like Chicago. Thanks! Months of persistent robbery sprees, hundreds of victims, it’s just people jumping out of stolen cars brandishing weapons. It’s not that difficult to catch these petty street criminals. But the police have done little to stop it. Brandon sardonically laughs at concerned residents as he welcomes Wicker Park and Bucktown to a real life version of to Grand Theft Auto – Vice City.
