"I intend to spew as much venom, bile and ridicule upon the open-toed sandals of the academic poseurs and over-cooked vermicelli-spined leadership as possible. Northwestern (University) has been a sinkhole of Leftist Marxism for decades, with social engineering labs like The Center for Wrongful Convictions and unrepentant terrorist Bernardine Dorhn’s masquerade as an academic."
Northwestern basically only accepts crazy people with high IQ’s too insane for the ivies, along with a fair number of athletes, legacies and affirmation action POC’s. Difficult maintain a good reputation for very long when the lunatics run the asylum. Hence the “Look at our new stadium! We promise to win more games next year!” I went to a women’s sporting event there last year and two of the women athletes knelled for the national anthem. The rest of the team put their hands on these players shoulders. American gave them a college sports scholarship at a top ranked university… Read more »

Sad to say, but NU fell out of the ranks of respectable institutions twenty years ago. Remember they pulled an offer of an endowed chair to a retired Navy admiral, hired scores of woke phony academics, set up safe places for snowflake students, and launched an oversight committee to look for microaggressions on campus. Who would pay $70k for a degree from that place now when you can get the same indoctrination from the New York Times on line for $8 a month?

I expect Northwestern Athletics to be eliminated within a year or two. Just like former Big Ten member University of Chicago, athletic competition – where you keep score and have winners and losers – is anathema to the brainwashed, woke, socialist scum currently running and attending Northwestern. Unless the NCAA eliminates winners and losers and simply gives participation trophies to all participants, Northwestern’s socialist masses will run away. In their utopia, everyone must be equally a loser.

Thanks for linking Mr Pat Hickey’s brilliant column on NU shameful treatment of Epstein and Fitzgerald
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
