I do hope the bond holders behind this issuance lose their shirts. It’s high time the market takes a major haircut, default. It’s high time Moodys was exposed for what they are, market makers of misery. Moodys is a pimp Drug dealer for a debt addicted Chicago and Illinois, fraudulent rating. Selling debt to pay old debt. These hedge funds knew damn well this borrowing was to pay other borrowing, they need to lose their suit and their shirts.

“Since 2000, the state’s unfunded pension liability and bond debt have grown more than 600% to more than $168 billion, according to a copy of the complaint.”
