Highland Park City Council calls for federal, state assault weapons ban as Democrats in Springfield ponder next move – WBEZ (Chicago)

Nothing to ponder Springfield, just enforce the laws on the books now quit all this show boating like your doing or gonna do something.

This is an emotional response to a tragedy.

With this reasoning all mini-vans should be banned because one was used as a weapon in Waukesha, WI.

Current laws aren’t being enforced, so let’s pass a few more that will further erode the Bill of Rights.
