Homeland Secretary: Pritzker, Johnson are protecting dangerous criminals – Center Square

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said ICE has issued 1,664 detainers in Chicago over the last seven months, but Chicago has only honored 8 percent of those detainers.
