“When did we become a country where it’s OK for a U.S. president to insist on national television that a state should call him to beg for anything? Especially something you don’t want.“ Who does not want less crime/murder? Anyone? My wife and I, since moving to Chicago more than a decade ago, have felt increasingly less safe. Not sure why all the down votes; what you say is true. One may like some of what Trump does politically, and I do like some of it, but as a human being, he’s morally and ethically bankrupt (as are most politicians).
