What is the Sheriff’s Department doing in an incorporated area that should be covered by the Chicago Police Department unless this is a task force operation addressing retail crime throughout the county? If not, this is a political gimmick that is wasting taxpayer money.

As usual, Dart is a day late and a dollar short as to reality of crime in CHI. At this point, it would seem that the powers that be keep Sheriff Clueless around for comic relief.
