Why should government subsidizer a dead service that no one wants anymore? Propping up CTA is the government equivalent of necrophilia.
There is no fixing that which cannot be repaired. As with droughts and floods and lawlessness those who can — including employers — will out-migrate to places that function. Our large Democrat-run cities have become the new Chernobyls. Abandon hope all who remain.
