In view of all of this should’t the Federal Government be somehow involved being the shareholders were defrauded as well?

READ THIS STORY. This story (if true) is too crazy to be real. The former CEO of ComEd and his top lobbyist were the Plaintiffs in a lawsuit to quash a citizen’s redistricting referendum. But former CEO of ComEd and his top lobbyist were really just Madigan’s patsies. Their lawyer – another Madigan and ComEd allied swamprat – argued the standard Democrat playbook – that the referendum was actually just a racist Republican front to limit minority representation in Springfield.
