A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Read article 3 times not once was it mentioned that there were 450 million attempts in one week or did I miss something. Again false reporting by Chicago’s finest news media outlet.
Anytime any state agency is involved, you can expect Pritzker size headaches. I had problems filing with the system asking for information and acronyms I’d never heard. I just gave up, it’s not worth the aggravation. Anything the government inserts themselves into always gets screwed up. How about real ID? Great! A trip to the DMV! Worse than the Post Office! I retract that, the DMV isn’t that bad, it’s simply unpleasant. But, it does have entertainment. Pick a clerk who looks furious and watch them snap and scowl and the elderly.
