IL House passes bill charging teachers, authority figures for sexually abusing 18-year-old students – WAND (Decatur)

While there are strong protections in place for students 17 and younger, lawmakers want to ensure educators and staff are properly charged for sexual conduct with students between 18 and 23 years old.

So 18 year old cannot consent to sex, but 12 year old can consent to life altering drugs/surgery in the name of transgenderism.

The Chicago Teachers’ Union manages to bury most of the cases involving those 17 and under. What makes anyone think this law will make any difference if they are already ignoring ones on the books now!
