IL Senate approves Department of Corrections director despite fierce opposition – Center Square

State Sen. Steve McClure said record numbers of inmates and guards are being attacked in prison, a record number of weapons are being sneaked in, and a record number of drugs are being found in prison. “So why is there a record number of people being released for good behavior?” McClure asked.

Remember that democrats love violent criminals. Remember that democrats could care less about law abiding citizens. Remember that democrats hate you unless you adore at the altar of their convoluted ideology. Remember that is you live in a rural county outside of the Chicago metro area you are nothing but a rube and a hayseed.

Because they shouldn’t be released early during their umpteenth go round behind bars and nothing ever happens to those sneaking in contraband, that’s why. Caught in possession of something illegal behind bars? Going to add half your sentence back on to be served in full. Caught carrying something in? Half your pals sentence to be served in the same cell with him. Let’s try that.

Democrats only protect criminals, as usual. Inmates are allowed to attack prison guards, and to much money to be made by smuggling in weapons into jails. They need to follow the money.
