Illinois AG joins lawsuit to stop federal cuts to science, research programs – WCIA (Champaign)

In the lawsuit he and the coalition of attorneys general of 16 states filed, Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul is seeking a court order to block the implementation of the National Science Foundation’s new directives to eliminate programs addressing diversity in STEM.

Kwame’s ‘work of his life’ in 2025 is to waste confiscated taxpayer dollars on partisan lawsuits challenging common sense…and losing. Meanwhile, the corruption in Illinois boils over and Kwame hardly notices. An end to racist DEI initiatives means no more confiscated taxpayer dollars wasted on implementing racist DEI initiatives. Kwame’s solution is to try and sue back Federal funds for programs that no longer have Federal standing.

Didn’t the 3400 page bill that was just passed reduce spending on higher education? This lawsuit is likely intended to make up for those cuts that they instead used to fund their pork projects and CTU benefits. They can sue themselves.
