Illinois among 22 states suing to stop Trump’s order blocking birthright citizenship – WGNTV (Chicago)

“We need to discuss bipartisan commonsense immigration reforms, but denying birthright citizenship, which dates back centuries and has been upheld twice by the U.S. Supreme Court, is not the solution,” said Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul, himself the son of Haitian immigrants.

So the majority of states aren’t supporting the Illinois’ lawsuit. Apparently it’s a minority position.

Census needs to be updated too so that non-citizens aren’t counted toward representation. Or maybe only count as 3/5 of a person.

I was just looking at the 1900 census, which clearly listed citizen status, and how many years a resident in the US.

Common sense is here to stay, a child of a US citizen born in another country is a US citizen. And a person cannot be a citizen of another country and the US, put an end to dual citizenship.

Hmm.. Joe signs a slew of harmful executive orders, ignores the Constitution by forgiving student debt and turns a blind eye to anti- white/ Asian and Jewish policies, yet Trump can’t do anything about the anchor baby scam. Interesting.
