There should be no gender changes or ‘care’ for minors. Young people go through many changes in their teenage years.
Legally, I would support such changes if approved by the parents (but not at my cost). However, as a parent I believe this would be very foolish. Wait until their early 20’s and see ow they feel. Then they can make the change (again, not at my expense)

I now know two kids going through hormone treatments because their parents are sickos too and the kids are absolutely already in need of sever mental help and the mutilation and drugs will only make them worse or even suicidal. Everyone involved in this fake science experiment from the politicians to the parents to Northwestern Hospital where they are performing the mutilations needs to be jailed.
