I found pieces of a balloon in my back yard once. It’s good to know I might soon be able to call the police about this hideous crime now. Of course, I will demand a complete EPA investigation into the source of the bits of rubber and will also demand an environmental impact statement from the perpetrator(s). These horrific crimes against the environment and humanity must stop.
It looks like Yingling is a real dingaling with way too much time on his hands. Taxpayers actually paid this guy to come up with this bit of stupidity.
Sounds like an issue Dick Durbin could champion!

Balloons, that’s all we have to worry about is balloons, death in Chicago everyday, high property taxes, bankrupt pensions, but balloons are at the top of the list so disgusting 🤮. Another new task force the balloon police.
