Illinois breaks record for population loss, outmigration in 2021 – Illinois Policy

Illinois continues to see a natural increase in population as births outpace deaths, but by an increasingly narrow margin. It also is gaining residents from abroad. But so many people are moving out of Illinois to other states that the state’s total population is in decline.

What’s really disturbing is nobody in Springfield gives a damn, Illinois is and will turn into the largest welfare state in the union.

Time for Jabba to come out and tell you to ignore the data and proclaim that Illinois is the bestest state in the whole wide world. The only numbers to be believed are the ones that Jabba’s minions publish.
